SUMMARY:Forest Carbon Markets for the Family Forest Owner
DESCRIPTION:Forests are increasingly being valued for their ability to absorb carbon dioxide from the\natmosphere\, helping to combat climate change. This has created economic opportunities for\nforest owners to participate in carbon market programs. Now\, eligibility requirements are as\nlow as 30 and 40 acres of wooded property. \nDepending on owner objectives\, this may be an option to explore. Attendance offers an\nopportunity to learn more about the concept behind carbon credits and learn about the details\ninvolved in program participation. \nPresenters:\n1.
