The evening’s featured speaker will be Dan Holtje, co-owner of Finger Lakes Land Surveying (FLLS). Dan holds a dual degree in forestry and surveying from Paul Smith’s College (1988) and brings decades of wide-ranging experience to his work, including contract surveying for National Grid, highway and topographic surveys, Native allotment surveys in Alaska, surveying Akzo salt mines, and snow surveys at Sacandaga Lake. He and his wife Julie have operated FLLS together since 2006; Julie also serves as zoning officer for the Town of West Bloomfield.
