AFC - Annual Meeting but POSTPONED Annual Christmas Party
The Steering Committee met and made the very difficult decision to
postpone the Christmas Party due to concerns around COVID-19. We are
hoping that we can still gather in the new year and have a "delayed
Christmas" together.
We still need to hold our Annual Meeting so this meeting will continue as scheduled but will be remote.
The
Annual Meeting will be at 10:15 on December 5th. We have set up a Zoom
link for those that would like to join this way, but you can also call
in. The contact information is found below.

Annual Meeting - December 5th 10:15 - 10:30
This year the annual meeting will be held at the Randolph Community Center just before the Annual Christmas Holiday Party. The agenda will be brief:
- Presentation of the State Officers by the nomination committee for a vote
- Selection of a date for the next Steering Committee meeting (to include format and time)
Christmas Party - December 5th 1-:30 - 2:00
T%his annual event will be held at the Randolph Community Center, Randolph, NY. This has always been a favorite activity of members.
This year some changes in the format are planned to accommodate COVID-19 precautions. These include fewer people per table and use of masks when 5 ft distance can't be maintained. Participants will be asked to bring their own lunch (not to be shared) along with table setting and beverage.
Please bring a wrapped gift exchange (if you plan to participate): homemade items are valued but not required.
We hope to see you there as this is always a lot of fun and a great way to start the Holiday Season!!
